Pastor Mariano Vargas and his wife, Frances, welcome you to the Streams of Hope Church! We are located just off the 15 freeway in beautiful Victorville, California.

We invite you to come worship with us and sing the praises of the Lord! We’re located in the heart of the High Desert, in Victorville California. We’re a young church with room to grow. We are connected with the So Cal District Youth: http://socalyouth.com ABOUT US: Pastors Mariano and Frances Vargas have been married over thirty years and have been pastors for nine years, having been appointed to the position on May 9, 1999. Frances was born and raised in Whittier California. Mariano was born in New Mexico and grew up in Lincoln Heights, (Los Angeles) California. They have been saved, in love with and living for Jesus for over thirty years.
Pastor’s have two children Anthony (Tony) Villanueva and Vicki Gibson. Vicki is married to Kelly, who presently serving in the United States Army. They have three children Ashley, Ethan and Levi.
Our Pastors are addicted to the Gospel and the spreading of the Good News to everyone that God makes available. Their passion for God and His children is the reason they serve!
